Return Policy

How to Return Merchandise Online will gladly receive any merchandise you would like to return, provided it meets the guidelines in our Return Policy. You can return merchandise by shipping it to our Store.

For Online returns:

If you are shipping the product back to us, contact Customer Service first.

Returns for orders being shipped back require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is valid for 7 days. To obtain an RMA Number, click Return on our Customer Service on this site. Product being returned at a retail store does not require RMA- just bring in your packing slip.

Please fill the form to provide the information below:

        Order Number

        SKU Number of each product

        Name or Description of each product

        Nature of the problem

After submitting the information online, it will be processed and you will have an RMA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.

After you have obtained your RMA Number, follow the appropriate steps to return the merchandise.

The item and the original packaging sealed. Include all contents of the original package such as manuals, discs, cables, etc.  

When returning an item to your local, we reserve the right to decline a return if it is not in "like new" condition with the original seal.

Return by Shipping

Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Include all contents of the original package such as manuals, discs, cables, etc. If all contents are not included, we reserve the right to decline a return.

In the package, place a copy of the packing list that came with your order. Keep the original packing list for your records. If you do not have the packing list, you will need to include the following information:

Ship your return to our store. We Recommend Established Courier Service Providers  All shipping charges must be prepaid.

Keep the shipping tracking number. This number will identify the receiving date of your package. 

*NOTE! Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number included on the shipping label. Please do not write your RMA number on the box. Return Policy

    New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original sealed carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 7 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact Customer Service. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or returns of new merchandise are non-refundable.

If an item you have purchased from us is not working as expected, please visit our in-store Knowledge Experts for free after sale support, where they can solve your problem or even exchange the item for a product that better suits your needs.

Software and Digital Downloads

All Software and Digital Download sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund under the Return Policy.

Using the software may require the use of a computer or other device that must meet minimum system requirements. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the system requirements before making your purchase. Software system requirements are typically found on the Product information specification page.

 General Return Policy

Desktop / laptops /server computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, digital cameras, camcorders and projectors, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and CD/DVD duplicators may be returned within 7 days of purchase. All other products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition, with ORIGINAL carton / UPC, and all packaging / accessories / materials (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.). Branded equipment and media items (such as Books, Software, DVDs, Video games)     must be unopened with ORIGINAL seals intact.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that receives the merchandise.


Please note that we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.
